It makes as much sense as it does cents that John Hintze was recently honored as one of the 2013 Oshkosh Northwestern’s Four Under 40. This recognition calls to light the best young professionals in the Oshkosh area each year. Nominations were evaluated and selected by the editors of the Oshkosh Northwestern.
In 2008, most businesses started to make more conservative decisions but when John Hintze joined the staff at FNB Fox Valley, his staff placed the trust in the strength of the community. Since 2008, FNB Fox Valley has doubled its assets; Hintze passes the credit for this on his hard working team members who have grown the strength of their commercial and industrial clientele. This is a clear reflection of the trust business owners have in the community.
Hintze was among 3 other top professionals in the area. Jill Nondorf represents Oshkosh Corporation as a principle engineer. She was honored for her contribution to the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and assisting in the promotion of young women in STEM careers. Cassandra Dorn was also honored representing Provident Financial Consultants, LLC. She has been visible to Oshkosh community members as an advocate for financial planning and preparation during Money Smart Week- an awareness campaign aimed to improve financial literacy in the Oshkosh area. Dr. Ryan Ames was honored a powerful young optometrist. With a vision to keep eye care affordable and practice costs lower, two practices merged to form InSight Eye Care which provides all of the services of a regular and specialty eye clinic under one roof. The Four Under 40 is an annual story in the Oshkosh Northwestern.
