Neenah, Wis. (August 13, 2014) – First National Bank – Fox Valley (FNB Fox Valley) is happy to announce the promotion and transition of several employees: Lynn Lang, Vicki Stone, Amanda Westphal, Ryan Demmon, Amanda Schmit and Lori Lewerenz.

Lynn Lang has been promoted to Mortgage Support Lead where she will be responsible for overseeing the mortgage and consumer loan support functions and ensuring loan quality and compliance.
Vicki Stone has been promoted to Commercial Quality Lead who will support commercial lending and credit departments, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. “I welcome the new opportunity, and am excited to be a part of FNB Fox Valley’s growth,” says Stone.
Amanda Westphal will transition from FNB’s Deposit Operations Department to her new role as the Mortgage & Consumer Loan Funding Specialist where she will handle post closing loan functions as well as loan and credit card servicing. “Having been with FNB for nearly seven years, I look forward to learning and growing in a new position at the bank,” states Westphal.
Ryan Demmon will move from his position as a Teller in the Retail Department to the Mortgage & Consumer Loan Closing Specialist, putting his fine tuned analytical skills to use. “This position will highlight my background in Mathematics as well as the experience that I have already gained at FNB,” says Demmon. “I can’t wait to begin working with my new team and supervisor!”
Amanda Schmit is the first internal employee to be hired for a position at the new Appleton North branch. She has been promoted from Teller Supervisor out of Neenah to Teller III in the Appleton North location which is currently under construction with a tentative completion of November of this year. “I am so excited to be part of a new branch in the community that I’ve lived and worked in for the past 14 years,” says Amanda.
Lori Lewerenz has transitioned from Mortgage & Consumer Loan Closing Specialist to Mortgage & Consumer Loan Processing Specialist. “Loan processing makes up about 95% of my background in the financial world, so it’s great to get back to it,” says Lewerenz. She will be working closely with lenders, customers and underwriters to ensure loan files are complete and accurate.
