There is nothing quite like seeing a local venture succeed.
While the activities of Wall Street may dominate the headlines, it is the local and regional successes that make our community a great place to live. As a community bank, those small and medium businesses that make up Main Street are the folks we work with every day.
This year, our community will celebrate a milestone for one of those Main Street successes as the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center marks 10 years with a season long celebration. The festivities officially kick off this weekend, with an open house Friday evening and a Family Day on Saturday that will include a community “Flash Mob” dance in the lobby of the PAC based on Mamma Mia, which opens Aug. 21.
The PAC has become a treasured asset for the Fox Cities region, from bringing in top-flight Broadway shows to introducing thousands of school children to the performing arts to serving as a unique gathering and meeting space. What a great anchor for “Main Street.”
We are always thrilled to salute a homegrown success. It’s been a great 10 years for the PAC, and we look forward to many more.
